Thanks to the traditional methods and generations of knowledge passed down by our ancestors over many years , we know the perfect way to produce the best meat products at our delicatessens. Meat production is a process which requires extraordinary accuracy and experience, because not every meat tastes the same, success or failure depends on making the right choices.
Our production starts with the meat selection. We receive top quality advice from our suppliers, with whom we have cooperated over many years, making us positive of the excellent quality. The next level concerns the natural processes involved in producing the products; depending on the type of meat, we add a carefully selected mixture of herbs and spices in accordance with our ancestors traditional recipe, which is what gives our meat its excellent and unique taste.
Our company has always taken care not only over the excellence of our product's taste but also over their quality in regards to our customers health. In contrast to many other companies in the industry, MISTRZ ANTOSIK has never used and never will use mechanically separated meat. Due to societies reliance on ease and"domestication", meat production has grown increasingly in such a fashion, due to its ease as a "filler" compound, as well as being the perfect solution for reducing the cost. Mechanically separated meat has been known for a long time as a lower quality product, and more importantly, it is potentially dangerous for people's health. Moreover, mechanically separated meat, as a product which came from the bone, needs to be processed in specifically regulated working conditions, with a specific detail on hygiene control, which is not always possible with mass production.
For our products, we use spices and functional additives only from reliable suppliers, which guarantees high production standards. We always produce honestly, taking care over of each little detail, that's why you will never find collagen or cellulose intestines in any of our sausages. Nor will you find sch horrors in our "mini dry smoked pork sausages for children" or "thin kabanos". In our company we don't like ambiguity, that is why we never have and never will use ingredients or substances that could have a bad influence on our products or on our customer's health.
Through our company, we offer you a wide range of different sausages, wedzonek, brawns, hams, pates and traditional meat products, which are made through an honest production practice, which strives to meet the highest standards.

- Excellent Kielbasa Krakowska Sucha, made for the best Polish ham (according to us).
- Sausages Mysliwska and Jalowcowa, made with only natural spices, and with a natural beech smoked colour.
